Account Deletion Policy
Users of the Bizzy ordering app can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include the following details in your request:
- Your registered mobile number
- Business name (if applicable)
- A short message requesting account deletion
What happens after you request deletion
Once your request is received:
- Your account will be permanently deleted from our systems
- All associated customer data, order history, and personal information will be removed
- Your branded app (if deployed) will be disabled
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 working days.
Data retention
In certain cases, we may retain limited information if required by law, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Such data is securely stored and never used for marketing or analytics.
